If you woke up this morning wondering:
1) Is there was a guy out there in a Captain America costume groping women with Mexican food? And…
2) If that person did exist (a longshot to begin with, admittedly), would that individual go to jail?
Here’s an update on your really specific queries – The Captain America burrito man will not be charged:
BERVARD COUNTY, Fla. — The Brevard County doctor who was arrested for groping a woman while dressed as Captain America with a burrito in his pants will not go to jail.
So wait, what he did was legal, or he’s just not getting charged in this particular incident? This is an important distinction to make.
