YAY! Barbara Mandrell look-a-like Andrea “Get Off” McClaws is back as pageant co-director for this season’s penultimate episode of Toddlers & Tiaras. I actually really like her, she seems like a normal, nice person who is actually into these for the fun of it – for dressing up and playing with makeup. Hope she doesn’t use the phrase “total package” or I’m going to have to revise my review of her.

This is the California State Gold Coast Beauty Pageant (there are like four million – seems like California could use these to get out of debt!) and there are 250 contestants competing – DAMN! That’s a lot of temper tantrums. Andrea tells us there’s over $50,000 in cash, trophies, crowns and gifts being given away. The reason this one is so big? It’s for babies to grannies! It’s like Benjamin Button in pageant form. Watch your souls, babies!
