It’s been 10 years since ‘Survivor’ first premiered on May 31, 2000 and proceeded to captivate the country over the course of that summer. Week after week, more and more people tuned in to see Richard, Sue Kelly and Rudy battle in challenges, form alliances and vote their fellow survivors off the show. And, in the end, nearly 59 million people watched the finale — and Richard Hatch win the $1 million prize.

So, after 10 years and 20 seasons, let’s catch up with the contestants who tried to outwit, outplay and outlast …
