Larry King’s choice to replace him on his CNN talk show was Ryan Seacrest and most viewer polls indicate current CNN host Anderson Cooper is the fan favorite to take over for King, but the New York Times reports that NBC’s ‘America’s Got Talent’ judge and former British journalist Piers Morgan is close to signing a deal to become the host of King’s nightly chatfest.
