CNN brings us the following “wacky” news story about a teeny puppy who was flushed down a toilet but lived and was rescued, noting that a kid flushed the puppy down the toilet to “clean it” with “the best intentions,” which can only mean one of two things:

1) This kid believes that a toilet, the thing that humans pee and poop in, is what you use to clean things.

Or 2) This kid attempted to murder his puppy and is a shrewd, manipulative liar.
