CBS is adding another sitcom to its 2010-11 lineup: ‘Mad Love,’ about four friends in New York, two of whom fall for one another.

It will star Minka Kelly (formerly of ‘Friday Night Lights’), Jason Biggs (‘American Pie’) and Lizzy Caplan (‘Hot Tub Time Machine’), EW reports.

The show comes from Matt Tarses (‘Worst Week’) and sister Jamie Tarses, one-time entertainment president of both ABC and NBC, who developed ‘Friends’ (while at NBC).
