Upon sending the following video to BWE.tv blogger Dan Hopper, his response is as follows: “Isn’t this everything in Japan ever?” Penis parades aside, it seems the Japanese are still ranked #1 when it comes to both “Smartest Children” and “Wacky Sh*t That Don’t Make No Sense.”

Take the following advertisement as an example, which we think is selling one of these items: Chicken; Little Orphan Annie tickets; Racist Rodeo Clown Tickets; or, the likely choice, Baby powder. Or Oranges.

Or Ceiling Fans.

Dammit, Japan, you’ve confused us once again.
